Cost: Free for Western Upstate Association Members/$35 for Non-Western Upstate Members

Tax deeds, estates not properly owned, mobile homes without titles, as-built verse subdivision plat, when to request a new survey, etc. This class is geared toward teaching agents for to be proactive on these issues. Learn how to view a survey and find an encroachment, and most importantly…how to prevent closing delays.

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
