MLS Fees: $60 per quarter + one time activation fee of $10 - each subsequent quarterly fee will be billed to your office.

*All Electronic Payments will Incur an Additional 3.5% Processing Fee*

Additional Items Needed: Letter of Good Standing from your Primary REALTOR Association. Have this emailed to Courtney@westernupstatemls.com

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of MLS service requires 30 day notice in writing.
