This course gives South Carolina real estate professionals a clear, practical overview of how closing attorneys facilitate a transaction. The class covers the key parties involved, common documents used, and how title, escrow, and closing funds are handled from contract to closing day. This course is ideal for new agents or experienced agents who want a helpful refresher on the attorney’s role and how their work fits into the overall closing process.

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
