The Code of Ethics: Setting the Standards for Performance and Professionalism

This comprehensive course provides an in-depth exploration of the Realtors® Code of Ethics, equipping participants with the knowledge and practical understanding necessary to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in real estate practice. Participants will examine the history, structure, and purpose of the Code of Ethics, including the foundational principles outlined in its Preamble. The course explains the role the Code plays in protecting the public, promoting fair competition, and fostering cooperation among real estate professionals.

No Show Policy                  

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
