This new course examines the changes to 40-57 (The Real Estate Practice Act) that occurred in 2024 and 2025, allowing the student to incorporate a variety of new rules into their daily real estate practice. An internet field trip is also undertaken to review the opinion letters recently added to the Real Estate Commission website.
No Show Policy
Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee.
