This is the new core course that, with minor exception, every licensee is required to take prior to renewal. Topics range from Advertising Issues to Offers and Counteroffers and are presented in a case study/interactive fashion.

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
