It's coming! The transition to UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) represent the most significant change to residential appraisal reporting in decades. Effective November 2, 2026, all appraisers completing GSE lending assignments must use the new forms. To help us prepare, the offices of Bradley K Richardson are partnering with Certified Residential Appraiser Malinda Griffin to offer a 1 hour session to get your questions answered on November 5th, 2026, and to walk through the changes, all while networking.
